There is no service-level agreement, no guaranteed uptime, and data may be lost, reset, or migrated as the platform evolves. Do not use Vantage as the system of record for production- sensitive financial data yet. Keep your own backups.
Right to update these terms. Vantage reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Privacy at any time. Any such update takes effect immediately upon being posted to the platform, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Where Vantage considers an update to be material, it may notify you through the platform at the operator’s discretion, but is under no obligation to do so. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes.

Vantage collects only what is needed to run the platform:
We use your data solely to operate the platform: to authenticate you, to enforce permissions (who in your organisation can see what), to send transactional emails (invites, password resets, confirmations), and to investigate and fix issues. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to train external AI models. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or external analytics platforms. Anonymised first-party session analytics for product improvement — see ‘Session analytics’ below.
Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security policies enforce that one organisation cannot read another organisation's data. Server-only keys (service-role credentials) are kept in provider-managed environment variables and never shipped to the browser.
We use Sentry to capture client-side JavaScript errors so we can fix them. Events are tagged with your organisation ID and user ID only. We strip names, emails, request bodies, response bodies, and any URL query strings from Sentry events before they are sent.
We collect anonymised session data when you interact with Vantage, including the 10 Minute Valuation Analysis demo. This includes which features you interact with, time spent in the tool, aggregated usage patterns, and approximate location (country and region only — derived from your network connection, not stored as a precise location). We do not store your IP address. We use a one-way cryptographic hash that cannot be reversed to detect abusive traffic patterns. We do not share this data with third parties. This processing is carried out under our legitimate interest in understanding how our product is used and improving it for all users. You may request deletion of any session data associated with your account by contacting us.
To request the deletion of your account or your organisation's data, email the operator at the address listed on the contact line at the bottom of this page. We will respond within a reasonable period and confirm once deletion is complete.
You can request deletion of your individual account directly from the Account Settings panel inside the product. When you request account deletion, your account is scheduled for removal after a 24-hour cooling-off period during which you may cancel the request from the same panel.
During our current development phase, your data is retained in our systems after deletion for debugging and safety purposes. This policy will be updated before public launch. Organisation-level data deletion (separate from the account owner's individual account) still goes through the email contact route described above.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the service, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Privacy may be updated from time to time. Vantage reserves the right to modify these terms at its sole discretion. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via the platform.
